The command C-insert = has found a place to put the new variable, such that all the variables it refers to are defined, but the scope is as wide as possible. You can also tell it to take the nearest scope, or if there are many possible places to put the new variable, you can use an isearch-like interface to pick one of the possibilities that Languide has found.
